To achieve our mission, Finote Rehabilitation has been designing and implementing various rehabilitation, capacity building and awareness raising projects targeting women with disabilities in partnership with other organizations to which such projects appeal and which are willing and able to finance them. These projects conform to the following streams of activities the organization is authorized to pursue:-
1) To provide women with disabilities with education, information including HIV/AIDS and other social services.
2) To help women with disabilities exercise their rights to education, work, and participation in social and political affairs.
3) To create access for women with disabilities to IT training & service, Braille materials and sign language   education.
4) To promote professional and vocational training.  Reproductive health services and awareness of gender issues for women with disabilities.  
     Accordingly, since its creation in April 2007, Finote Rehabilitation for Women with Disabilities Association has accomplished the following tasks: in partnership with Adilis Foundation, it has rehabilitated 40 women with disabilities through basic business skills training and provision of money loans to start up small businesses; conducted awareness raising programs on issues affecting women with disabilities with the financial assistance of Ethiopian Woman Lawyers Association and World Vision Ethiopia Gulele area sub-city to promote sales of handicraft products made by women with disabilities; implemented Braille literacy and basic health education program for visually impaired women and conducted a research entitiled "Vulnerability of women with hearing and visual impairments to HIV/AIDS in Ethiopia".  
     In general, Finote Rehabilitation has been exerting its best effort to alleviate the socioeconomic problems of women with disabilities by making use of the limited resources available to it, in the genuine belief that it contributes towards changing the status of women with disabilities.
